Adecco is partnering with a leading client in Milford, DE to fill a contract-to-hire position for a Production Worker who will produce dental supplies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented.

Job Description

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all dental supplies meet the highest standards of quality. Your duties will include:

  • Inspecting finished products and incoming components for quality and accuracy
  • Completing documentation and records related to inspections
  • Assisting with vendor rating program
  • Recording test data and applying statistical quality control procedures
  • Entering data into computer systems and supplying quality systems
  • Evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards
  • Recommending modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability
  • Maintaining retained samples inventory and area
  • Reviews revised SOP's, Specs and PCO's (related documents)
  • Sets up and performs destructive and nondestructive tests, inspections on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life, or material characteristics
  • Issues certificate of analysis/conformance when required
  • Assists in maintaining sample supply program
  • Completes special projects and work requests
  • Documents complaint information and customer return reviews
  • Routinely performs 5S activities in the area
  • Routinely verifies accuracy & calibration status of equipment
  • Performs periodic testing - e.g., skip-lot testing - in a timely manner
  • Performs regular audits of Device History Records
Pay and Benefits

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan.
