We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Coordinator to join our team at Heritage Environmental Services, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth approval process of waste streams, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Review and select the most suitable facility for customer needs, considering Heritage policies, regulatory requirements, and facility capabilities.
- Collaborate with 3rd party facilities to complete direct approvals and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Act as a technical resource for Account Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful customer interactions.
- Assist customers through the approval process, providing clear communication and timely updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Triage internal vs. external issues, escalating concerns to the appropriate Approval Chemist as needed.
- Prepare and review lab data, SDSs, and Universal Templates to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
- Assist with off-spec processes, bid/proposals, and special projects as assigned.
- Provide real-time online assistance to customers through EIS Profiling, ensuring seamless support.
- Participate in monthly safety observations, meeting company goals and promoting a safe working environment.
- A Four-Year Degree is required, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Customer Service or a Technical role in an office setting.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, oral communication, writing, and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, MMS, and EIS is required, with a strong knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and state regulations.
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
