About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Andwell Health Partners. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing innovative and compassionate healthcare in the comfort of their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans of care that incorporate realistic and measurable outcomes in collaboration with clients, families, and physicians.
  • Provide education and promote clients' rights and responsibilities for informed decision-making in the plan of care.
  • Assess clients' needs for occupational interventions and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions on occupational visit reports.
  • Refer clients to internal and external community resources to meet client outcomes.
  • Evaluate and document progress toward outcomes and coordinate discharge plans with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Master's and/or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • One-year clinical Occupational Therapy experience preferred. Home Health experience also preferred.
  • Current O.T. License in State of Maine and current CPR Card.
  • Must have a reliable and insured automobile and a current Maine driver's license.
