Job SummaryCustomer Driven Staffing - Florida is seeking a skilled Millwork Fabricator to join our team. As a Millwork Fabricator, you will be responsible for preparing and supplying maintenance crews with all necessary millworks, including the fabrication of doors, windows, cabinetry, moldings, turnings, and other woodwork needed. You will also carry out field installations when required and support internal discretionary work, including cabinetry and custom millwork.Key Responsibilities
  • Custom fabrication and installation of custom cabinets, windows, and doors.
  • Custom fabrication/installation of cabinets, including countertops using solid surface, composite materials, laminates, and veneers.
  • Safely operate Mill Shop equipment, including Table Saw, Jointer, Planer, Shaper, Molder, and Surface.
  • Perform necessary maintenance repairs and installation as assigned.
  • Design/build custom templates from field measurements and provide material take-offs for fabrication.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and fabricate from Architectural and Engineering drawings.
  • Perform machine and equipment maintenance and general shop clean up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school degree or GED is required;
  • Technical school is preferred.
  • 3+ years general carpentry and mill shop required;
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience;
