The Tampa General Hospital Foundation Inc is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to fill a seasonal contract position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients and families in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of related work experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • PALS certification for Seasonal RNs assigned to the Emergency Room or PACU.
  • Ability to work on any unit within the assigned division, with flexibility to float to other units as needed.
  • Availability to work 3 shifts per week and every other weekend.
