Key Responsibilities- Receive and verify prescription requests, ensuring all necessary information is complete and accurate.
- Collect and process payments for prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, and other products.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage environment for medications and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Formal education equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years of college)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Registration and certification with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy Technicians
- Preferred: PTCB certification or equivalent state program
