Lead Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Caregiver to join our team at CommonSail Investment Group. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized support and care to our residents, while also leading and managing a team of caregivers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide high-quality care to residents
- Provide personalized support and care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Document resident care and progress, and maintain accurate records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or MA certification preferred
- Previous experience in healthcare or geriatric care required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
