Key Responsibilities
  • Perform indirect patient care by cleaning and disinfecting patient areas, maintaining a hygienically clean environment, and adhering to infection control and safety guidelines.
  • Handle waste and biohazardous materials according to proper policies and procedures.
  • Request cleaning supplies and equipment as needed and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Remove trash and contaminated soiled linen from all areas of the hospital.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with a shift schedule of 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
