  • Participate in mandatory safety and OSHA training sessions.
  • Exercise caution and sound judgment when operating equipment in proximity to animals.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with the public and team members.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and guests to promote positive relationships.
  • Uphold professionalism in all interactions with team members and guests.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Ability to pass a background check is required.
  • Capability to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
  • Physical ability to bend, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and grasp as needed.
  • Comfortable wearing the designated uniform provided.
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
  • Flexibility to work according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prepared for assignments that may involve extensive walking and interacting with a diverse clientele.
