Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17 to $22, depending on experience and qualifications. As a caregiver with Village Caregiving, you will receive semi-monthly payments and have the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as necessary.
  • Administering medication reminders.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and errands as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of care provided.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
