As an Independent Optometrist at Walmart, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, setting your own days of operation, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule. You will also have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation, administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services, and keep 100% of exam/professional fees.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
