Non-Clinical EVS Management RoleAbout the Position:

E-Talent Network is seeking an experienced EVS Manager to oversee non-clinical cleaning operations. This role involves managing a team of EVS staff, developing cleaning schedules, and collaborating with healthcare teams to maintain high-quality cleaning standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of EVS staff to ensure effective cleaning and disinfection of non-clinical areas.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address infection control issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee performance evaluations and quality control metrics.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality management, environmental health). Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining high-quality cleaning and disinfection standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
