Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Colonial Manor of Randolph. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate plans of care in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice standards.
  • Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, adhering to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness, modifying services as needed and making referrals based on patient evaluation and outcomes.
  • Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
  • Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • This position is open to SLPs at all experience levels, including new graduates.
