  • Managing various aspects of the community, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and financial operations.

What You Bring:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management with team leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing communications and maintaining an organized workflow.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Experience with Entrata is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Tax Credit/Section 8 Property Management is a plus.
