Job Description:

Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is committed to improving the lives of everyone we touch. As a Home Health RN Traveler, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while exploring new cities and experiencing different cultures.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes nursing assessment of patients and documents appropriately into patient record.
  • Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitors patients' responses to interventions and reports outcomes.
  • Administers medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

  • One year's experience as a RN, at least 6 months recent Home Health experience required.
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Must have valid auto insurance.
