Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with prior experience in warehouse or distribution settings preferred. Candidates must be able to identify products by various attributes such as size, type, and color. Proficiency in reading and matching orders is essential, along with basic mathematical and reasoning skills. Certification for operating power-truck equipment is required, as well as the ability to use inventory control tools, including bar-coding and handheld devices.

Physical Demands:

The role requires the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance. Candidates should be prepared to work in varying temperature conditions typical of a warehouse environment. The position involves significant standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing, and may require climbing ladders for accessing high storage areas. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
