About the Role

As a Premium Experience Host at ASM Global, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch client services, hospitality, and support during premium events. Your role involves engaging with and assisting all clients who purchase season suites, box seats, lounge access, or other premium experiences for our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Preparation: Prepare premium spaces and supplies before guest arrival to create a warm and inviting environment.
  • Guest Services: Greet guests at the VIP entrance, efficiently scanning tickets and issuing credentials. Provide attentive assistance throughout the event, promptly addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Exclusivity and Security: Maintain exclusivity in premium areas by monitoring and enforcing entry for authorized guests.
  • Customer Service: Exceed guest expectations with exemplary customer service, effectively resolving issues as they arise during the event.
  • Team Support: Support the Premium Seat Services team in maintaining organization and cleanliness.
  • Knowledge and Communication: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests regarding venue policies and event details.
  • Food and Beverage: Monitor food displays to uphold high presentation standards.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Prepare detailed reports and recaps following events, providing valuable feedback.
  • Sales and Marketing: Stay informed about premium experience offerings and contribute to sales initiatives.
  • Event Operations: Assist with event operations as needed to ensure smooth execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with event staff within Premium spaces to share policies and procedures for guest hospitality efforts.
  • Client Engagement: Consistently engage with clients in their suites and boxes during events to ensure their experience is exceptional, promptly addressing any issues or requests they may have.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of guest service and communications experience, demonstrating excellence.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with guests and colleagues. Comfortable and adept at catering to the needs of high-profile guests and VIPs.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at multitasking and maintaining organization in fast-paced environments.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in de-escalating situations and maintaining a positive attitude to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable interacting with individuals at all staff levels, ensuring smooth operations and communication. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
  • Judgment and Diplomacy: Demonstrates judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive guest interactions professionally.
Physical Demands
  • Physical Capability: Physical capability to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift up to 35 lbs., and navigate various indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Weather Conditions: Willingness and ability to work in diverse weather conditions to ensure guest comfort and safety.
