We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our IT Portfolio Management team at iMatch Technical Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management process, including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Project Management Processes
    • Establish and maintain project management processes, tools, templates, policies, and metrics.
    • Monitor compliance with project policies and standards.
  • Lead and Mentor Project Management Practitioners

    • Ensure PMO team has an efficient organization structure that includes hiring and managing project staff and requirements in line with project objectives.
  • Oversee Project Delivery

    • Track and provide project status and audit reports.
  • Manage Risk, Issue, and Change Resolution
    • Manage the risk, issue, and change resolution process, and work with other leaders to take corrective action as needed.
  • Lead Project Quality and Post-Mortem Functions
    • Leads project quality and post-mortem functions to mitigate and address project delivery challenges in the support of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Prepare Executive Summaries
    • Prepares regular, thorough, and articulate executive summaries for senior leadership on project and team performance.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience is preferred.
  • Qualifications
    • PMP or PgMP is highly desired.
    • Expert-level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM).
    • Budget, cost, and profitability management skills.
    • Knowledge of resource management tools.
    • Ability to influence without authority.
    • Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful when managing changing timelines and multiple deliverables.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability to establish and manage a high-performance team.
    • Motivated to build relationships at executive levels with technology, solutions, customers, and vendor groups.
