About the Role
This role will involve managing various aspects of HR, including recruiting and onboarding, labor and workers' compensation management, benefits administration, basic employee relations, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 2+ years of experience, or a 2-year degree and 4+ years of experience (manufacturing experience a plus)
- Knowledge of basic labor laws and regulations
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of labor and workers' compensation laws
- Recruitment and selection skills
- Basic knowledge of FMLA and other protected leaves
- Paycom experience
