We are seeking a skilled Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Hand and Upper Extremity procedures to join our esteemed practice at Protean Med LLC. This role involves both surgical and non-surgical patient care, with a focus on delivering high-quality treatment to individuals with hand and elbow conditions.
Practice Details:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
EMR System: Epic
Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
Qualifications:
Candidates must be board certified or eligible, with a fellowship in Hand Surgery preferred. The facility values expertise in managing elbow conditions and offers a supportive environment for in-office elective procedures.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive care for hand and upper extremity patients.
2. Perform surgical interventions as necessary, with a focus on elective procedures.
3. Manage general orthopedic cases during on-call duties.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Privileges:
Privileges for general orthopedics will be granted as required, including procedures such as hemi-arthroplasty. If needed, hospital OR block time can be arranged on an as-needed basis.
