Job Summary:

As a Computed Tomography Technologist at Froedtert Hospital, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Under the direction of a radiologist, you will operate computed tomography (CT) and related equipment, performing CT studies according to specific guidelines and protocols. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and quality of images.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Perform CT studies according to specific guidelines and protocols
  • Review images and archive them with associated patient data
  • Interact with imaging personnel, nursing and medical staff, patients, and visitors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of full-time equivalent clinical experience in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Previous CT experience is preferred
  • ARRT registered RT (R) in diagnostic radiology and current State of WI license as a Radiographer
  • Advanced certification in CT required within 18 months of hire/transfer
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent is required within three months of hire
