  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Education Team to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in barbering and education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Aveda products and services a plus.
