Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current FL RN License.
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications.
  • At least 2 years of RN experience, preferably in a Med Surg setting.
