We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to enhance our technological framework within a leading biological Contract Development Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the upkeep and advancement of our server hosting systems, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

  • Oversee Windows updates and manage the Exchange Management console
  • Support both physical and virtualized server environments, including virtualization clustering and SAN management
  • Design, implement, and maintain server and application configurations
  • Guarantee system backups and develop disaster recovery strategies
  • Diagnose and resolve server hardware and system-related challenges
  • Deliver Level 3 technical support to end-users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for digital transformation and asset lifecycle management
  • Manage active directory, time synchronization, and network infrastructure
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computerized systems

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving capabilities, project management skills, and a strong technical foundation in Windows operating systems, domains, and group policies. Familiarity with industrial IT infrastructure, cybersecurity best practices, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure will be advantageous.

This position demands meticulous attention to detail, the possibility of shift work, and a commitment to onsite responsibilities. Occasional travel may be necessary.
