Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement business strategies to identify and pursue new loan and deposit opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients and businesses, providing tailored solutions and strategies to meet their financial needs
  • Negotiate loan proposals, analyze credit requests, and underwrite loan commitments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Monitor and manage existing credit relationships, including loan renewals, financial statement analysis, and collateral valuations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services across departmental and divisional lines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with 5-7 years of directly related experience in credit/banking, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and consumer lending practices, loan documentation, and loan servicing requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to prepare and deliver persuasive oral and written reports and presentations
  • Good PC skills, including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
