Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking customers in a prompt, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for all occasions, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Offer product suggestions to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and increasing sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Operate department equipment and tools efficiently, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive business results.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
