We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Operations Leader to join our team at SunCrest Home Health. As an Executive Director RN, you will play a critical role in leading our home health operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage diverse teams across the operation to drive best-in-class care for patients and families.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the profitability of the agency and improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services and plan for the services to be provided.
- Supervise the total home health care provided to patients and ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
- Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse with at least 1 year supervisory or administrative experience in a home healthcare or a related field.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
