Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-based in Rincon, GA

Salary: $73,000 - $105,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Bright Light, a part of the Sevita family. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral plans to support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to help individuals improve their behavior and achieve their goals
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Train team members to reinforce the implementation of behavioral plans
  • Collaborate with individuals, families, and staff to create individualized treatment plans
  • Use creativity and training to explore ways to handle challenging problems in home settings, workplaces, and the community
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • BCBA Certification required
  • Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management desired
  • Experience with behavior analysis within an applied setting preferred
