Job Summary

Frank's Vacuum Truck Service Inc is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious CDL Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to our facility for unloading and disposal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and operate semi-vans and straight trucks as required, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Prepare for daily trips by inspecting vehicles and equipment, fueling trucks, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent operating order.
  • Complete manifests, company documents, and other marking and placarding documents for every load managed.
  • Maintain electronic hours of service for DOT compliance and state and federal regulations.
  • Act as a Company representative with courtesy towards customers, loading freight and handling drums as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of Class A CDL driving experience required, with three years preferred.
  • Tanker/Hazmat endorsement required.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner, with the ability to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators.
  • Good interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.
