Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Jet's Pet Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and obtain necessary information
  • Check clients in and out, charge accordingly and schedule follow-ups
  • Work closely with veterinarians to prepare estimates
  • Assist with dispensing medication and writing prescriptions via online pharmacy
  • Answer and route calls as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience, comfortable around pets (cats, dogs)
  • Computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, service orientation, critical thinking, active listening

Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
