Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing interventions as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and patient safety, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Current valid CA Registered Nurse License
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire
- Current BCLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Previous Critical Care experience preferred
