We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Seton Medical Center Williamson. As a RN-Fellowship, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Communicate with the registered nurse and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, communicating changes in patient condition as necessary.
- Participate in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
