As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Restaurant Depot, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and conduct audits to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to create actionable plans to mitigate risk and reduce losses
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent shrink and protect our assets
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on key issues causing shrink, including improper keying of product, case/unit issues, and quantity key usage
  • Deliver results through education, guidance, and strategies to help reduce losses through the front end
