As a key member of the Voyage By Luna team, you will play a vital role in crafting unforgettable travel experiences for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding them through the planning process, from destination selection to booking and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Booking Support:

  • Provide personalized travel recommendations, taking into account clients' preferences, budget, and expectations.
  • Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel services, ensuring seamless transactions.

Custom Vacation Planning:

  • Create tailored itineraries that meet clients' interests, budget, and expectations, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to confirm reservations, handle changes, and process special requests, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Travel Documentation and Transaction Processing:

  • Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and insurance, to avoid any last-minute issues.
  • Collect payments and issue travel tickets and vouchers in compliance with company policies, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Client Care and Problem Solving:

  • Respond promptly to clients' travel-related issues, providing expert assistance to resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues such as flight cancellations or booking changes, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Travel Industry Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, destination updates, and new travel products and services, ensuring expert advice for our clients.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of the travel industry, staying ahead of the curve to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

Administrative and Booking Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and travel bookings, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing.
  • Prepare and send travel confirmations, itineraries, and documents on time, ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients.
