Paralegal Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support our growing team at Nathan King Group. The ideal candidate will utilize their work experience and organizational skills to prepare and maintain legal documents, file motions, interview clients, and conduct legal research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under the guidance of a lawyer.
  • Assist lawyers in preparing for trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, filing motions, conducting research on legal articles, and organizing and coordinating witnesses.
  • Arrange law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers.
  • Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License.
  • 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting.
  • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills.
  • Talented communicator and writer.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have an advanced paralegal education.

Compensation: $65,000 yearly.
