Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Electronics Supervisor to manage a team of Test Technicians on the 2nd shift.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in electronics and a proven track record in leadership roles.
  • Responsibilities include planning, prioritizing, and scheduling work for technicians, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • The Electronics Supervisor will also be responsible for collaborating with team members to identify and resolve recurring technical issues, performing tests, and entering nonconformance reports.
  • Additional responsibilities include assigning and monitoring daily work schedules, supporting production and new product development goals, and enabling timely completion of tasks using key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing or electronics testing environment.
  • High School Diploma
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
