About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in critical care nursing and be certified in BLS and ACLS. CCRN certification is highly preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices, guidelines, and protocols for critical care nursing
