As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding our customers through the home shopping and buying process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers throughout the home buying process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, realtors, and colleagues.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed and personalized recommendations to our customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License.
