  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to obtain a Florida Real Estate License.
