Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom, focusing on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales associates to enhance their skills and boost sales results.
  • Ensure that customers are delighted with their purchases and the overall service they receive.
  • Develop and implement individual and team goals to maximize sales potential.
  • Coach sales consultants to set achievable sales targets and provide ongoing support to help them succeed.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized showroom environment.
  • Participate in the sales process to enrich the customer experience and share insights with the team.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a proven track record in retail management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • The flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for driving sales and achieving results in a dynamic retail environment.
