Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Nurse. This is a 13-week assignment that requires a Registered Nurse with a current license in the state of practice and at least 2 years of recent experience as a RN, with 1 year of recent experience specializing in CVICU.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into their job performance.
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in CVICU nursing.
