As a RN at The Oaks at Jamestown, you will provide long-term care to residents, advocating for their well-being and creating personalized care plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing comprehensive care plans based on observation and knowledge of resident needs. You'll also have the autonomy to handle medication administration and maintain accurate records of care provided.
