Job Summary:

The Quality Inspector CMM will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the dimensional accuracy of our products using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs). You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and verify the dimensional accuracy of products using CMMs
  • Identify and report any non-conforming products
  • Collaborate with production team to resolve quality issues
  • Perform data analysis and statistical process control
  • Issue internal nonconformance reports
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience using PC-DMIS software
  • Polyworks software experience is a plus
  • High School diploma or equivalent GED
  • Ability to safely lift up to 35lbs and have good hand dexterity
  • Proficient skill level with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
