YOUR ROLE
In this position, you will effectively collaborate with store personnel, various vendors, service providers, marketing, inventory, HR, and the Director of Retail to establish and uphold store objectives, protocols, policies, and procedures in alignment with company standards, while also communicating broader organizational goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exemplify outstanding service, dedication, and energy.
- Mentor and inspire managers and store staff through ongoing training on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Promote a culture of positivity, professionalism, and adherence to policies and state regulations.
- Manage patient flow at the point of entry while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Conduct both virtual and in-person consultations to ensure patients and caregivers receive accurate and compassionate information.
- Follow established policies and procedures, executing all company programs related to customer service, patient management, and compliance.
- Guide patients and staff in cannabis product recommendations, including selection, effects, potency, dosing, and consumption methods.
- Identify and implement process improvements to support company growth.
- Address employee or customer concerns diplomatically, collaborating with the Store Manager and Regional Manager.
- Report product-related issues or complaints in real-time to the appropriate management.
- Work closely with the State Director to evaluate team performance, sales, products, and procedures.
- Assist in onboarding and training new Medical Professionals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active PA medical/pharmacy license and registration with the Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana.
- Willingness to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong team management and communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
- High-level critical thinking and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of cannabis products.
- Proficient in computer and technical skills, including retail POS systems.
- Comfortable with cash handling and basic mathematical operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating multiple software platforms.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to assist outside of the assigned region as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Regularly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Occasionally reach above shoulders, grasp, and lift objects up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and crawling.
- Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
- On-site work required.
