Key Responsibilities
  • Generate detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership, offering clear and actionable insights.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of intricate issues and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leaders, including suggestions for strategic adjustments.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring precision and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses, including variance, profitability, and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-term planning, strategic decision-making, and risk assessment, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
  • Lead the establishment and implementation of key performance indicators and benchmarks for financial oversight.
  • Drive enhancements and efficiencies in data structures while ensuring data integrity and accuracy in support of various projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, incorporating executive feedback, and collaborating cross-functionally to build consensus on objectives, assumptions, and conclusions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, strategy, or operations; experience in subscription-based revenue models is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes in a multinational business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic perspective.
  • Certification in financial management (e.g., CFA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools).
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial audiences.

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the CFO.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position requiring regular office attendance.
