Compensation Range:
Expected base compensation is approximately $65.47 per hour, contingent upon qualifications and experience.

Nuclear Medicine (Department Code: 765000)

Role Expectations:
Under minimal supervision, the nuclear medicine technologist is responsible for producing high-quality scans for medical evaluation.

This role involves collaborating with the team to ensure timely and quality patient service while adhering to departmental, state, and federal regulations.

Flexibility in work hours may be required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of an accredited nuclear medicine technology training program recognized by either the NMTCB or the ARRT(N).

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
A minimum of two years of experience is preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
Mandatory:
Certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or as a Certified Technologist in Nuclear Medicine (CTNM) from the California Department of Public Health or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT(N)).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Proficiency in nuclear radiopharmacy and the ability to perform venipuncture.
