About the Position

As a Customer Experience Specialist at Neighborly Ops LLC, you will play a crucial role in creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow your career in the hospitality industry.

Job Description:

  • You will be responsible for assisting guests with kiosk orders, answering menu questions, and supporting marketplace purchases.
  • You will ensure the marketplace maintains Neighborly's standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they enter the restaurant.
  • Assist guests with menu/kiosk questions, engage with them to understand their preferences and needs, and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Oversee the carry-out area by distributing online orders, cleaning and organizing carry-out shelving, and assisting guests with their order pick-up.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
  • A sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as a team-player and multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
  • Able to work flexible hours as necessary.

Compensation Package:

  • Starting salary: $16.25/hour.
  • Tips for all hourly Team Members (non-management positions).
