Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Team Rehabilitation in Metro Atlanta Central. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring excellent outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their condition, progress, and expected outcomes.
- Supervise aides in providing modalities for non-Medicare and non-BCBSM patients, as well as general setup and cleanup duties.
- Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals.
- Determine when to discharge patients.
- Prepare timely and accurate documentation, including discharges and daily progress notes.
- Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, considering the number of referrals and patient types.
- Contribute to developing protocols for common diagnoses.
- Participate in research studies supported by the clinic.
- Continuously develop your skills by attending company continuing education events and utilizing the continuing education allowance for approved courses.
- Minimum Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant Degree.
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license.
