Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to work on a W2 Contract Role with our client. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing software solutions within a Microsoft ecosystem, utilizing.NET and.NET Core.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software solutions using.NET and.NET Core
  • Design and implement modern database solutions using SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Implement modern software patterns and practices, including OOP, IoC/DI, worker, competing consumer, and tiered design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome challenges and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Design and implement REST API services and consumers, and implement REST patterns and practices
  • Work in an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum, sprints, and ceremonies
  • May have experience with REST client programming against GraphQL providers, and implementing patterns
  • May have experience with Azure PaaS offerings, including ServiceBus, Functions, Tables/Queues, Blobs, and KeyVault

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience developing within a Microsoft ecosystem
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing modern database solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience with REST API services and consumers
  • May have experience with Azure PaaS offerings
