Job Summary:

At P.F. Chang's, we are seeking highly skilled Bartenders to join our team of hospitality experts. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation and storage of ingredients and equipment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest mixology trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
  • Must have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability to obtain, where applicable.
