About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in assisting the Nurse Manager or Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the unit, directing and supervising caregivers, functions, and activities.
  • Interpret policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate.
  • Maintain clinical competence and certifications to assist the unit when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent experience).
  • California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • ANCC recognized specialty certification (or within 1 year of hire).
  • One year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in specialty area.
  • One year of Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Shared Governance experience.
